Can't wait for spring!!!

Well as the weather goes up and down , cold and warm, it just makes me feel the need more and more to plan for everything that needs to be done this spring. Planning for more pens to expand the coop. Building runs, planting all the gardens, getting ready for the poultry auctions and shows. We are thinking about building a whole new separate coop as well. (Sigh) Ever feel like the so much to do and you just don't have enough hands or time???
Well luckily for me I have a husband who is not just willing to do all this crazy stuff with me but loves the time together and I have friends who are more than happy to help. So the planning begins.

                            In the meantime, we have 42 more eggs in our little bator.

             I just never get tired of seeing those little critters. I am a hatch o holic after all.
                 24 little chanties and probably about 10 to 12 orpingtons running around.

                          Not to mention the main flock.The eggs just keep on coming....

So that's all that's up at the farm!

Tomorrow we clean the coops and spend the afternoon
